Apartment "Catania"

Inspired by the beautiful city of Catania, we created the concept of this apartment with a contemporary design, transporting you to the magic of Sicily.

Upon entering this unique home, you will be greeted by an impressive space filled with aesthetics and elegance. The walls are lined with specially selected white volcanic stone, which gives a sense of stability and durability. The stone is perfectly complemented by glass and metal elements that create a feeling of modernity and luxury. Black shades prevail in the furniture and emphasize the natural beauty of the volcanic stone. And the orange accents are reminiscent of the orange trees and sunsets in Catania.

In the living area, large windows allow sunlight to penetrate the room, creating a play of light and shadow on the stone. 

The kitchen has clean lines, tailored for the modern city person.

In the bedroom  black continues to dominate. The textile panels on the walls, the carpet and the glass wardrobe, combined with wooden elements, give warmth and coziness and sex appeal to the room. 

The terrace of the apartment is the perfect place where you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset over the panorama of Vitosha mountain.
